Effective October 14, 2026. This policy covers the Physically Challenged iPhone app.
Account: when you sign in with Apple we receive an Apple user ID, and your name and email if you choose to share them. You pick a display name and handle.
Challenge activity: the challenges you create or join, your check-ins, standings and results.
Apple Health: if you connect Apple Health, the app reads workouts, steps, distance and body weight on your phone to decide whether you met a challenge's goal. Only the result, and weigh-ins for weight challenges, are sent to our servers. The app never writes to Apple Health. Health data is never used for advertising or sold.
What you post: trash talk, reactions, challenge names, rules and prize text, and any reports you make.
Notifications: if you allow notifications, we store a device token so we can send them.
Only to run the app: keep score, show standings and the feed to the people in your challenges, send notifications, and handle reports. We do not show ads, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.
Your activity and posts in a challenge are visible to the other members of that challenge. Our data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, which processes it on our behalf.
You can turn off Health access or notifications in iOS Settings at any time. You can delete your account in the app under Me, then Settings, then Delete account. This deletes your profile, results and trash talk.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
